Forward focused role in Collections & Recovery Outbound Call Delivery with wide ranging responsibilities of driving the outbound call delivery vision. - Duties include development of short/mid/long term vision plan, alignment to technology roadmap, identification of dependencies, quantifying value, building compelling business cases, - delivering persuasive executive level presentations, completing industry research, and monitoring/managing organizational initiatives to ensure progress being made towards the end state vision. - Candidate must be intellectually curious with a mind for innovation and proven ability to develop/execute on objectives. - Responsible for performing complex analysis and making strategic recommendations. Utilizes a variety of tools including, but not limited to PowerPoint, Excel, and SAS/SQL at an intermediate+ level. Provides analytical support on various strategies to ensure company goals are met. - Duties include the regular use of discretion and independent judgment. - 2-5 years of analytics experience required. Role filled as Cons Prod Strategy Analyst II or III based on experience.
Required Skills
- Demonstrated ability to communicate across wide ranging audiences up to senior executive level
- Proven ability to deliver persuasive executive level presentations
- Strong analytical and data visualization skills with background in writing SQL/SAS code (2-5 years of experience required)
- Intermediate Excel skills (pivot charts/graphs)
- Strong organizational approach with ability to track and balance numerous competing priorities - One Note proficiency mandatory
- Independent self-starter, with a proactive approach to the role
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with quick adaptation to new technologies, methodologies, and systems
- Build relationships and think critically about people, process and technology opportunities for future improvement
- Collaborates across teams, including business management, finance, and risk/compliance partners
- College degree required
