Business Change Management (BCM) Description: The BCM team provides dedicated support coverage to Corporate Controller teams, partnering closely with Business Managers and Administrative Professionals to execute strategic program deliverables, uphold a strong control environment and enhance efficiency. The Business Change Manager is amongst the first few people many new joiners to this organization meet, and play an important role in helping them feel welcome and supported, in addition to facilitating their Day 1 readiness. T he ideal candidate is passionate about finding solutions, embraces new ideas, and enjoys partnering with varied teams from across the bank. Prioritization and demand management is critical to success, as is a proactive and clear approach to communication. An eye for organization and ability to navigate, pivot and analyze large datasets quickly are also important attributes. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Managing the new joiner onboarding process which includes hiring manager engagement, welcome communications and new joiner status updates Submitting requests for hardware, applications and shared drives Managing and enhancing the employee offboarding process Maintaining floor plans and managing moves Coordinating floor access approvals and certifications Identifying and implementing expense savings initiatives and process improvements Leading strategic initiatives related to workforce matters - employee designations, employee engagement and workforce data hygiene Ad-hoc projects This role may include partnership with the Office of the CFO Employee Experience Team, Technology, Real Estate, Compliance, Finance Control Management, Global Security and others. The ideal candidate: Has 2-4 years of related experience Is a clear and effective communicator Is a good listener who is dedicated to building relationships Enjoys solving problems and is not discouraged by a challenge Has excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) Is organized, consistent and enjoys supporting others Is comfortable wearing multiple hats - either leading an initiative or playing a support role Corporate Controllers are part of the Firmwide Controllers organization which is responsible for ensuring the overall integrity and validity of the financial statements and controls over the transaction cycle. This global organization performs critical reporting and controls functions, including legal entity, financial and regulatory, as well as product valuation.
