Job SummaryProvide clerical and administrative support to General Manager, Human Resources, EHS, R&D and Production. Handle multiple tasks that support business operations and manufacturing. Maintain high level of confidentially due to sensitive HR and business proprietary information. Primary Duties & Responsibilities- General administrative support including preparation of PowerPoint presentations and fluency using Word, Excel and Outlook - Prepare general correspondences, memos, charts, tables, graphs, etc. Communicate and update metrics- Utilize electronic NDA process to ensure compliance with corporate guidelines. - Maintain guest/visitor book and badges and ensure ITAR procedures are adhered to. Conduct visitor screenings- Support customer and company guest planning and visitor logistics (lunches and conference room schedules)- Assist with travel arrangements - Assist employees with general questions. Act as first line of support- Support and/or back up HR including New Hire Orientation, payroll, benefit administration and time keeping - Facilitate administrative needs of CBA including job posting and awards and progression pay schedule - Track and assist with facilitating training needs of company - Maintain Company bulletin boards and websites - Facilitate and coordinate company celebrations and recognition- Support staffing/recruiting initiatives including job postings, interview scheduling and on boarding - Support of special projects and or assignments as required Education & Experience- High School diploma or equivalent required. 4 year degree highly preferred - 4+ year's administrative experience, preferably in manufacturing setting. Combination of education and experience considered. - Intermediate - expert computer skills, ie. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook- ADP payroll/HRIS experience desiredSkills & Other Requirements- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to handle multiple priorities involving external and internal priorities- Handle special assignments promptly and professionally - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)- Able to work with minimum supervision- High level of integrity- can be trusted with confidential information- Due to ITAR compliance, this position requires candidates to be a U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident Alien, or Protected Individual per 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)Physical Requirements- Ability to occasionally lift/push/pull up to 10 lbs.- Able to sit, stand, bend, squat and walk about the facility- Able to sit minimum 8 hours per daySafety RequirementsAll employees are required to follow the site EHS procedures and standards.Quality & Environmental ResponsibilitiesMaintenance of the ISO 9000, 9001, 14001 and/or other applicable standards that may apply to the relevant roles and responsibilities within the Quality Management System and Environmental Management System.
