Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Performs a variety of administrative duties.
- Supports one or more members of management and/or staff in a
business or functional unit.
- Work generally requires knowledge of company and/or
business/functional practices, policies, programs and/or product
line.
- Resolves routine and non-routine inquiries.
- Administrative responsibilities include calendaring, document
preparation and management, correspondence, travel arrangements,
and meeting/travel coordination. Maintains confidentiality.
- Included are some skills competencies that we are seeking for
this person:
- -Maintains basic Unit needs such as but not limited to: basic
office supplies, working with vendor for printer/copier support,
support cubicle and office assignments (needed when new
personnel/transition of personnel), filing, office 5S - Able to
schedule interviews and activities (lunch, support business
meetings, Audit) as needed by the Unit - Perform basic data entry
and Run Metric reports (weekly/monthly basis)
- -Support on boarding of new hires (cubicle set up, scheduling
intro meetings, etc.)
- -Proficiency with Microsoft Office- Word, Excel, PowerPoint and
Outlook - SAP Experience:
- -SAP experience with the ability to review quotes and create
requisitions that capture the scope and cost coding needed to
create a purchase order.
- -SAP experience reviewing and resolving purchase order data and
invoice data to resolve outstanding invoice issues.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently - Professionalism
and ability to adapt to diverse work styles.
- (Will be working with Operators, Supervisors, Engineers and
Unit Manager)
- Desire to learn new things and drive improvements within their
job scope (reduce non value added work)Note: Any pay ranges
