Job Description:
Description: PATHS, LLC offer a broad range of account
receivable management, patient advocacy, and consultation services
to assist the needs of our healthcare clients. Our 4 offices in PA,
NJ, and DE is home to 400 employees and that serve over 100
clients. Healthcare providers we service include: hospitals,
physician groups, rehabilitation facilities, skilled nursing,
clinics, emergency departments, medical transport, home health, and
behavioral health. PATHS, LLC, is currently seeking an Account
Representative to work in our office in Newark, DE. This person
will also be trained to provide coverage at our clients hospital
locations in Wilmington and Dover, DE. Duties Include: Contacting
patients to complete Medicaid applications Verifying patient health
insurance information Working with patients and/or family members,
employers, banks and federal/state offices for additional
information as needed Accurately document information into various
systems Performing duties such as faxing, filing, emailing, and
making phone calls to facilitate completion of applications Provide
coverage at hospital facility(ies) traveling to different client
locations on an as needed basis Requirements: REQUIRMENTS Bilingual
Preferred (English/Spanish), but not required Excellent
interpersonal skills both written and verbal Must have past
customer service experience Working knowledge of Microsoft
applications: Outlook, Word, and Excel Detail oriented, strong
problem solver, and ability to work both independently and with
team members, to meet monthly productivity goals. Must have
reliable vehicle, valid driver's license and car insurance. Mileage
reimbursement for travel to offsite facilities is provided.
Education & Experience High school diploma or GED required Physical
& Environmental Requirements • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk
and working on a computer. Also prolonged periods of being on your
feet while on site at the hospital. • Must have reliable
transportation to travel between PATHS office in Newark, DE and our
clients hospital in Dover, DE • Reasonable accommodations may be

Screenings may include: criminal background check, drug screen,

through I-9/E-Verify. Because PATHS operates in the healthcare
industry, certain screenings (e.g., OIG/GSA exclusion checks, state
Medicaid exclusion lists) may be conducted on a recurring basis as
required by federal and state law, client contracts, and hospital
compliance programs. Compensation & Benefits Compensation: $17-$20
hourly Benefits include: Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays, Medical,
Dental, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability (STD), Long-Term
Disability (LTD), and a 401(k) Plan with company match. Training
schedule is 8:30AM-5:00PM at our Newark, Delaware Office. Work
