Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. This role
offers an opportunity for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
(SLP) to provide vital services within an elementary school setting
in Newark, DE. The position is a full-time, contract role spanning
the current school year, focused on supporting a split caseload
consisting of traditional and autism programs. This on-site
assignment requires active Delaware SLP licensure and a passion for
school-based practice. Key qualifications and experience: - Valid
and active Delaware SLP license required - Proven school-based SLP
experience preferred, especially with elementary-aged children -
Familiarity with working across traditional and autism-related
caseloads - Strong communication and collaboration skills within
educational environments - Reliable transportation and ability to
commit to onsite hours (37.5 hours per week) Location and schedule:
- Elementary school setting located in Newark, DE - Full-time
schedule from ASAP through June 12, 2026 - Onsite work only,
providing consistent student support Primary responsibilities: -
Conduct speech and language evaluations, develop individualized
treatment plans, and provide therapy services tailored to students
needs - Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary
teams to support student progress - Document and maintain accurate
records in compliance with educational guidelines and policies -
Adapt techniques and interventions to effectively address both
