in Wilmington, DE is seeking three paraprofessional support staff
to work with students in different educational settings, including
an Emotional and Behavioral Disorders (EBD) program at an
elementary school and a program serving young adults aged 18-22.
Location and Duration: - Wilmington, DE - Contract position from
January 26, 2026, through June 11, 2026 - Full-time schedule, 37.5
hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM (includes
a 30-minute paid lunch) Key Responsibilities: - Provide
instructional support and behavior intervention for students with
diverse needs - Work closely with teachers and specialists to
implement individualized plans - Support students in both classroom
and site-based environments, including emotional and behavioral
support - Collaborate with educational teams to promote positive
student outcomes Qualifications: - Must have completed a Delaware
paraprofessional certificate or possess college transcripts
equaling at least 60 credit hours (transcripts must be submitted
with the application) - Candidates must be prepared to complete one
of the assignments to apply for a Delaware permit - Registered
Behavior Technicians (RBTs) must have BCBA supervision arranged
prior to interview - Awareness and agreement to cover an $85
background check and fingerprinting fee is required before
submission Additional Notes: - The position supports a caseload
either in an EBD elementary setting or in a program serving
18-22-year-olds - Candidates without required credentials or
