Job Number: 7141 External Description: Job Summary Owns and enforces the scheduling, work execution process, and performance review process Job Responsibilities Owns and enforces the scheduling, work execution process and performance review process from E-5 to E1, ensures adherence to applicable work management procedures. Facilitates and enforces process including: Scope stability, milestone adherence, work order restraints, job durations to improve resource utilization for scheduled work. Ensures coordination issues, gaps, and exceptions to the above are identified, owned, and tracked to closure. Ensure accountability for meeting the work week process. Supervise bargaining unit personnel, including conducting personnel evaluations, coaching and disciplinary actions. Job Specific Qualifications REQUIRED: BS degree In lieu of a degree must have equivalent work scheduling experience within the power nuclear industry Minimum 6 years nuclear power plant experience in: Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, Work Management or equivalent Naval Nuclear experience. Minimum 3 Years Leadership experience. Strong knowledge of a commercial nuclear power plant (PWR or BWR). Must meet and maintain Nuclear’ s requirements for Unescorted Site Access. DESIRED: SRO License or Certification, System Engineering. Strong computer skill including Knowledge of P6 and SAP applications. 10 years nuclear experience in Operations, Engineering, Maintenance or Work Management. Experience with development and maintenance of Work Management Cycle Plan.
