Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Field Service Technician to join our team. This role requires an individual with strong customer service skills, the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The ideal candidate must be comfortable operating a variety of equipment, including flatbed trailers, commercial-sized pressure cleaners, various lifts, and a propane-powered street sweeper. The candidate should be able to work flexible hours, including overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays, while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Key Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and solve technical problems without supervision, ensuring the smooth operation of all equipment. Operate and maintain flatbed trailers, commercial-sized pressure cleaners, various style lifts, and propane-powered street sweepers safely and efficiently. Write up detailed reports summarizing daily activities, tasks completed, issues encountered, and resolutions. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies at all times. Work independently with minimal supervision while being a cooperative team player when needed. Available to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays, adapting to a flexible schedule. Assist in routine maintenance and inspections of all assigned equipment. Collaborate with other team members and management to improve processes and procedures as needed. Qualifications: Proven customer service experience with excellent communication skills. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities with minimal to no assistance. Experience operating flatbed trailers, commercial-sized pressure cleaners, various lifts, and propane-powered street sweepers preferred. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a high degree of self-reliance. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing schedules. Must be available to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Ability to pass background checks and drug tests as required by company policy. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 pounds). Ability to work in outdoor environments in various weather conditions. Ability to perform physical tasks such as climbing, lifting, and operating equipment.
