Support, and Field RP Operations for Salem/HC Stations Job
Responsibilities Manage NBU resources Provide oversight for all
elements of the NBU RP program Provide direction and oversight for
RP Superintendents Accountable for the NBU RP budget Responsible
for the design and implementation of policies and procedures
relateing to both the Radiological and Chemistry programs ensuring
that the regulatory and federal requirements are met Job Specific
Qualifications Bachelor's degree 10 years of relevant work
experience Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to
motivate and drive results. Strong communicator with all levels of
Management Demonstrated ability to plan and organize all
operational activities, including the budget, forecasting and
scheduling Ability to develop organizational talent, motivate
employees, promote safety and manage performance for a large
population of associates Lead, guide and encourage a culture in
