An online education company is seeking a Remote Platform
Development Senior Manager. Core Responsibilities
Include:Partnering with technical product management and other key
business stakeholders to lead the technology directionInterfacing
with other engineering groups and enterprise architectureDirectly
supervising 6 - 15 Full-time Equivalent (FTE) regular employees
and/or contractorsQualifications Include: Bachelor's degree in
Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or a
related fieldEight (8) years of strong engineering delivery and
execution track record, with proven experience around the complete
lifecycle of product development; ORThree years' proven experience
in software engineering leadership roles AND an equivalent
combination of education and experienceAbility to attract talent,
inspire the organization, and develop the next generation of
leadersAbility to build trusting, meaningful relationships with
peers, stakeholders, and partnersAbility to identify and drive
innovation in products, technologies, processes, and solutions
