The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the
daily sales efforts and marketing efforts of the hotel in order to
exceed all revenue goals set forth in the budget. The position is
also responsible for retention of current clients and growing their
accounts as well as generating new clients into the hotels.
The Senior Sales Manager will also execute all aspects of the sales
and marketing plans reaching the goals set forth in the monthly

Weekly Outside sales calls through cold calling and
Solicit new business through innovative means.
Prepare yearly sales plans and help develop budgets with the

Monitor all top accounts and evaluate proper rate strategies.
Conduct sales blitzes.
Work with the F&B department on banquet and meeting room
Attend all local CVB meetings and Chamber of Commerce meetings and
