Job Description:

A health information management company has an open position for a Remote Coordination of Benefits Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
Develop an effective organization of COB Analysts
Establish divisional benchmarks
Compile and analyze Operations division reporting
Position Requirements Include:

Bachelor's Degree OR High School Diploma G.E.D and 5+ years of related experience
5+ years experience in a Payment Integrity or COB leadership role over a large team
Strong leadership/coaching skills
Demonstrated effective leadership/coaching and employee relations skills
Facility with PC applications including EXCEL, Word, MS Outlook and Power Point
Knowledge of Healthcare & Payment Integrity Industry desired
