Accountabilities: Grow the businessIndirectly lead individuals and
teams across virtually every function through tactical day-to-day
business operations as well as in achieving your vision while
creating an engaging and positive work environmentBe a partner for
the commercial organization and visit key customers on a regular
basis (travel 20-30%)Support commercial team during contract
negotiationsWork closely with commercial team to ensure solid
pipeline creation & executionGive guidance on focus areas (e.g.
pipeline analysis)Review key projects on a regular basis with
project owners and ensure on time & on budget executionManage
pricing Develop value preposition with commercial team that
includes elements such as value vs. next best alternative,
efficiencies for customer & other value elementsExecute frequent
'tail-analyses' for each product category to understand what 20% of
the products/customers drive 80% of the margin, and identify
opportunities to increase price and rationalize SKUsPrevent profit
leakage through the enforcement of business rules (payment/delivery
terms, order delay/cancellation, product sample, urgent order, etc.
requests) and customer rebate trackingPrepare monthly/quarterly
price plots for key products to identify customer/product
combinations that are priced below the median, and define detailed
actions and owners to increase priceOwn the P&LReview the
P&L on an ongoing basis with FP&A partner Identify
productivity opportunities and work closely with peers in
Manufacturing & Procurement on the executionMonitor variable and
fixed cost trends and respond as necessaryAdvise S&OP team on
product production site & inventorying strategiesOwn the product
line strategyDevelop product line strategy that includes growth
strategy, product roadmap etc.Lead annual strategic planning &
budgeting for the regional product lineLead capacity expansion and

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in related field 10+ years of
product management experience is requiredWork Environment: The work
