Director, Product Manager is the caretaker and manager of KPIs
related to assigned product lines of business. They will track,
manage and be accountable for the full P&L on a monthly,
quarterly & annual basis. The incumbent will also track metrics on
GM & EBITDA vs AOP, same period last year & forecasts. The Sr.
Director will also track product inventory to ensure OTIF and
customer satisfaction.Essential Responsibilities:Team
Leadership:Lead directly & indirectly individuals and teams across
virtually every function through tactical day-to-day business
operations as well as in achieving the vision while creating an
engaging and positive work environmentAdvise S&OP team on
product production site & inventorying strategiesGrow the
businessBe a partner for the commercial organization and visit key
customers on a regular basisLead large scale/difficult negotiations
start to finishSupport commercial team during contract
negotiationsWork closely with commercial team to ensure solid
pipeline creation & executionReview key projects on a regular basis
with project owners and ensure on time & on budget executionOwn the
global P&LReview the global P&L on an ongoing basis with
FP&A partnerIdentify productivity opportunities and work
closely with peers in Manufacturing & Procurement on the
executionPrevent profit leakage through the enforcement of business
rules (payment/delivery terms, order delay/cancellation, product
sample, urgent order, etc. requests) and customer rebate
trackingManage pricingScrutinize, select and price individual sales
opportunities & projectsAnalyze product & customer portfolios in
search of incremental valueMonitor variable and fixed cost trends
and respond as necessaryDevelop value preposition with commercial
team that includes elements such as value vs. next best
alternative, efficiencies for customer & other value elementsOwn
the global strategyLead annual strategic planning & budgeting for
the regional product lineLead capacity expansion and other business

degree in a related field of studyExperience: 10+ years of product

Skills:Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

new technologies and methods Locations with U.S. Government
Programs: Must be able to access shared database with government
programs (U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident of the
U.S.)ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS/SCOPE:The Sr. Director, Product
Manager will report directly to the Business Unit President. This
position will work in a team environment in a leadership role but
may not have direct reports. Interactions will be with internal,
cross-functional teams as well as external customers. Travel may be
