Responsibilities
Behavioral Health Nurse Manager (RN) Day Shift Available! Child,
Adolescent and Adult populations.
In this rewarding role you will direct and manage the delivery of
quality psychiatric and chemical dependency nursing care on the
nursing unit.
This opportunity is full-time day shift with full benefits.
This position also qualifies for our $7,500.00 sign-on bonus!
Rockford Center is a 138-bed mental health facility located in
Newark, DE, providing easy access to a full complement of inpatient
and partial behavioral health programs for children and
adolescents, adults, and older adults. Rockford is the only child
inpatient behavioral health facility in DE, offers an experienced
and tenured senior management team, and serves New Castle County
and northern Maryland.

Qualifications
Behavioral Health Nurse Manager (RN) Job Requirements:
Education: Associates or Bachelor's Degree with an emphasis in
Nursing, Masters strongly preferred. Strong communication skills,
excellent customer service and organization skills, highly
effective listening skills, and strong clinical skills.
Experience: Two (2) years of related Management experience, with
knowledge of psychiatric patient care techniques with understanding
of mental illness, preferred.
Current license to practice nursing in State of Delaware (or
eligible to receive or renew).
Current CPR or BLS certification.
