Human Resources Manager - Global Risk ManagementCharlotte, North Carolina;New York, New York; Jacksonville, Florida; Newark, Delaware; Pennington, New Jersey**Job Description:**Global Risk Management (GRM) is responsible for overseeing the company's governance and strategy for global risk management, including relationships with key regulators and supervisory institutions worldwide, and for ensuring that strong risk management is integral to the company's culture. GRM's function is to ensure the company pursues responsible growth through strong risk management practices while deploying its capital appropriately to support business activities and maximize shareholder value.**Business Overview:**The GRM Human Resources Manager will provide HR support for key Global Risk executives and partner across the Company to provide effective HR solutions that impact large, complex units which are global in scope. The HR Manager develops and executes tactical plans to achieve strategic objectives, and combines strong organizational development and change management skills with core HR skills (staffing, compensation, associate relations) to help the business achieve its objectives.To be successful in this role, the individual must have the ability to think strategically yet be comfortable with diving deep into data and process. Strong problem resolution skills and a background in working in a regulated environment.**Key Responsibilities:**The HR Manageris responsible for the following:+ Collaborate with leadership development, finance, talent acquisition and compensation partners to maximize talent opportunities while ensuring adherence to the financial plan+ Lead ongoing client talent & succession planning, retention and diversity initiatives+ Leverage deep and broad business acumen to design, deliver and implement people strategies to achieve business objectives and minimize risk+ Design, develop and deliver organizational development / effectiveness initiatives focused on improving performance, productivity and team cohesiveness in an environment of constant change+ On-board new executives, provide regular executive coaching in partnership with Leadership Development+ Lead the year-end compensation process+ Participate onGlobal Human Resources projectsas necessary**Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience:**To be minimally qualified for this role, a candidate must have:+ 5-7+ years of HR Generalist / L experience - broad experience across all areas of HR+ Experience in client management around complex strategic HR issues such as talent management, org design/development, change management, etc.+ Deep technical HR competence with the ability to influence using a balance of technical HR expertise, deep and broad business acumen, and relationship skills+ A proven track record in developing strategy and driving change to help drive business results and execute on key initiatives+ Experience supporting technically complex and geographically dispersed groups of associates+ Experience managing in a fast-paced, rapidly-changing, and highly complex environment+ Strong Microsoft Office skills: Must be comfortable and proficient in Excel (creating pivot tables, extracting and synthesizing data, etc)+ Demonstrated ability as an enterprise/global thought leader who can proactively drive change and innovation+ Superb relationship management skills, and the ability to develop strong interpersonal alliances at all levels, and connect with senior executives on both a business and a personal level**Desired Knowledge, Skills, Experience, and Education:**+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in lieu of a degree+ Knowledge of LOB and the regulatory environment is a plus+ Project management experience including leading projects, managing to tollgates, etc**Job Band:**H4**Shift:**1st shift (United States of America)**Hours Per Week:**40**Weekly Schedule:****Referral Bonus Amount:**0**Job Description:**Global Risk Management (GRM) is responsible for overseeing the company's governance and strategy for global risk management, including relationships with key regulators and supervisory institutions worldwide, and for ensuring that strong risk management is integral to the company's culture.
