Associate Responsibilities The candidate will report to the FRRA Business Management lead and support the lead in various business management activities. This role requires the individual to: Establish strong relationships across FRRA, Finance and Business management teams Provide analytical support to FRRA Management, including headcount/expense, budgeting Preparation of meeting materials, presentations and town halls Assist with management team meetings and department off-sites Assist with onboarding and off-boarding staff and contractors Manage team communications Manage occupancy related matters, including facilities work, personnel moves and occupancy plans Manage vendor relationships including initiating contracts and invoice payments Manage business resiliency planning, reporting and testing Engage in special projects as needed Candidate requirements: The role requires strong analytical abilities, an innovative mindset and willingness to contribute as part of a high performing team. A successful candidate would have many of the following attributes: Associate or equivalent experience 3+ years related experience Business management and/or finance experience preferred Demonstrated ability to manage projects; Good at multi-tasking and prioritization; Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to lead by influence Demonstrated ability to work and communicate well with stakeholders at various levels in an organization Highly detail oriented with excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills Capable of developing and delivering presentations and running efficient and productive meetings Critical and innovative thinker with sound judgement and ability to challenge constructively Strong team player Required: Bachelor's degree, Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, & PowerPoint Plus but not required: Tableau, Alteryx, Confluence, SharePoint JPMorgan Chase & Co., one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
