Implementation Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
Providing assistance in managing escalated accounts
Managing a team of implementation managers and specialists
Providing weekly reporting on team performance, workload, and areas
of opportunity
Position Requirements Include:
Bachelor's degree
3+ years experience in a Project Management or Customer Success
role
1+ year experience managing direct reports
Solid communication, listening, and writing skills
Excellent customer relationship and customer service skills
Clear ability to problem solve and resolve client issues
