continue to drive excellence in our client and employee experience,
we have a significant transformation opportunity in all parts of
the document lifecycle through improving usability, standards,
digitization and automation. Content Transformation contributes to
design standards and operating models, drives and governs adoption,
continually optimizes content and processes for digitization, and
plays a critical role in informing new product development as we
work to transform documents into data. The Project Manager will be
partner with leaders in Core Services to manage Content and
Document Management projects including standing up centers of
excellence, leading technology implementations, and large scale
branding efforts. Additionally, the Project Manager participate in
end to end reviews of current state to identify opportunities to
achieve target state operating models. Responsibilities Build and
maintain relationship with business and operational stakeholders
Partner with Technology and Operations to ensure that requirements
are gathered, understood and translated into meaningful delivery
(technical and operating model) Assist with overseeing the
end-to-end delivery of business requirements by project managing
the following functions: requirements gathering, analysis,
specification and testing in an Agile Development framework Help
maintain backlog of requests and facilitate prioritization to
ensure resources are directed to meet the top priority requirements
Ensure all stakeholder requirements are incorporated into the
Target Operating Model Provide frequent, clear & structured updates
for stakeholders Identify, address and resolve risks and issues
impacting milestones and deliverables Help define process
improvement opportunities Create project governance processes and
artifacts required to keep momentum and meet timelines Creating
project plans with clear objectives, roles, tasks, milestones,
budget and measures of success Actively manage issues and risks for
the area(s) in question, including escalations, related to
projects, deliverables and requests from the Business
Qualifications Bachelor''s degree and significant experience (8+
years) in managing projects including technology implementations
and operating model transformations Excellent relationship
management and influencing skills Ability to work in a highly
dynamic environment with changing and multiple priorities Strong
project management & business analysis experience Ability to
prioritize and manage expectations Track record of execution
against set milestones A commitment to delivering change and
problem solving Proficiency in design thinking and agile
methodologies including story writing Excellent written and oral
communication skills Adaptable and quick learner. Demonstrate a
high level of initiative and be a self-starter; take ownership of
assignments with minimal direction Team player with excellent
organization and project management skills Strong attention to
detail and ability to work independently Advanced computer skills:
MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Visio) Strong analytical and
problem solving ability - ability to analyze complex problems /
scenarios, identify root cause and determine remediation steps
Strong work ethic and resilience when working in high pressure,
deadline oriented environment Project Management Professional (PMP)
