Job Description:
The AWM Business Management Vice President position is a
management role that report into the Global Head of AWM Fraud
Governance & Business Management Operations. The role manages two
Associate direct reports who are responsible for executing
resiliency activities, entitlement provisioning, artifact retention
and stakeholder material development. The Business Manager
regularly collaborates with global cross-functional groups
including Controls, Compliance, Legal, and Risk in addition to
internal team management. Foundational responsibilities include
oversight of the global business resiliency plan for the entire AWM
Fraud team, supporting end-to-end presentation development, team
training program design & implementation and procedural content
oversight. The role will also be responsible for the creation,
launch and ongoing management of an enhanced collaborate content
solution to uplift legacy manual folder hierarchy challenges.
Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to the
following:Oversight of internal team's new hire training program
and ongoing content refinement to ensure training perpetually
captures current solutions used by peers, steps followed and
adheres to the current procedural controls enforcedSupport artifact
collection and socialization with peer manager for applicable exam
management and scheduled content evaluationsInternal Change
Management SharePoint intranet solution uplift and content BAU
oversightAnnual resiliency control testing and validation
activities; includes call tree validationCoordinating large group
meetings, minute collation and communication publishing Support
global Fraud Prevention & Remediation peers with finalization of
