Job Description:

The AWM Business Management Vice President position is a management role that report into the Global Head of AWM Fraud Governance & Business Management Operations. The role manages two Associate direct reports who are responsible for executing resiliency activities, entitlement provisioning, artifact retention and stakeholder material development. The Business Manager regularly collaborates with global cross-functional groups including Controls, Compliance, Legal, and Risk in addition to internal team management. Foundational responsibilities include oversight of the global business resiliency plan for the entire AWM Fraud team, supporting end-to-end presentation development, team training program design & implementation and procedural content oversight. The role will also be responsible for the creation, launch and ongoing management of an enhanced collaborate content solution to uplift legacy manual folder hierarchy challenges.
