programs/projects specific to corporate change initiatives that
have significant impact on how the company does business, provides
a product or service, or executes a function. Project
responsibility requires responsibility for staff and budget. Serves
as primary contact to senior department managers for critical
change initiatives. Communicates, influences and negotiates both
vertically and horizontally to obtain or leverage necessary
resources. Accountable for analyzing present-state, developing
alternative future-state approaches and facilitating
implementation. Creates a clear, coherent approach to guide
effective program/initiative setup, execution, and control. Ensures
clearly defined responsibilities and accountabilities for key
program/project roles. Integrates knowledge of end-to-end business
process into program planning and decisioning processes. Develop,
maintain, and report on an overall integrated delivery plan.
Management experience with small to mid-size teams. Excellent
project management skills, including the ability to prioritize work
and meet deadlines. Strong business centric mindset with ability to
utilize sound business judgment and tailor approach to drive
optimal business outcomes. Typically 5+ plus years of program

within the Client Protection team, we are looking for an
innovative, strategic thought leader to drive design, modernization
and execution of our Digital Account Opening framework and
strategy. In this role, you will capitalize on your strategic
thinking, domain expertise and technical abilities to solve for
business challenges, while striving a balance between strong fraud
controls and minimal customer friction. This will need you to lean
on your in-depth understanding of New Account fraud realm, new
technology in space of identity verification and an innovative
mindset. This is a key strategic role and will be in the heart of
the company's fraud and digital transformation.Responsibilities
include:- Design & execution of end-to-end Digital New Account
Opening framework and capabilities roadmap- Develop compelling
vision and data driven business cases for transformation
initiatives. Lead efforts to prioritize investments in digital ID
verification capabilities for new applications.- Partner across
organizational lines, build and maintain a coalition of executive
leaders and process owners, to develop and drive the digital
account opening agenda. Facilitate regular routines for
stakeholders and senior executives.- Partner across organization to
drive prioritization and support funding of key ID verification
initiatives in new accounts space- Drive Digital New Account
Opening strategy requirements. Review / approve proposed policy and
process changes (in line with broader enterprise and channel
governance processes).- Stay current on industry trends and new,
emerging technology to support seamless new account opening, with
stronger controlsRequired Skills:- Prior experience in leading
policy, strategy, analytics or initiative development in a digital
new account opening context (product development, etc.)- Proven
track record of being able to drive projects from idea to execution
in digital fraud space- Strong strategic thinking and problem
solving skills (ability to frame a complex problem, evaluate
options, and develop a plan to address)- Ability to work across
organizational lines to drive results- Ability to influence
