Robust Benefits Package Christiana Care Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse to work 36 hours per week on the Day Shift at our Christiana Hospital on the 5C Medical Unit. Weekend and Holidays - per the guidelines of the department. Shift Requirements: Typical shift will be during the hours of Day/Evening shifts. Shift length will be a combination 12 hour and 8 hour shifts. Weekends, Holidays and On Call shifts - per the department guidelines. General Requirements: * BSN Preferred * Commitment to obtaining BSN within three years of date of hire can be considered with relevant experience. * Qualified applicants will have at least two years' Stepdown experience. Critical Care experience preferred. * BLS required The successful candidate may be eligible for a $10,000 sign on bonus to be paid over a period of 12 months.
