A not-for-profit health insurer is filling a position for a
Telecommute Health Insurance Support Coordinator 1.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following
responsibilities:
Handle calls to and from members to assist with benefit
questions/issues
Document accurate member information in compliance with our
internal procedures
Required Skills:
Able to manage a large member caseload
Able to identify risk factors which need closer intervention
Comfortable with additional duties as assigned
