ChristianaCare is currently seeking Registered Nurses for our Medical/Surgical Per Diem Team. Candidate must be flexible to work at both Christiana & Wilmington Hospital, as required by business need.

Our per diem registered nurses go to up to 40+ Medical, Surgical and Step-Down, Progressive and Transitional Units at Newark and Wilmington campuses.

We offer competitive pay rates with shift & weekend differentials.

What to Expect:

Pay rates are based upon the amount of hours you commit to on a monthly basis. You may sign up for 60 hour, and 84 hour commitments in 4 weeks blocks. Available shifts will be 12-hour shifts.

Need to commit to 10 shifts of day shift training the first month to attend New Employee Orientation, Nursing Orientation and training.

Requirements:

Commitment to obtaining BSN within three years of date of hire can be considered with relevant experience.
2 years of Med/Surg RN experience in an Acute Care setting required.
ACLS required within 6 months of hire
