We are currently recruiting for a full-time experienced Registered Nurse to work in our Operating Room at Christiana Hospital in Newark, DE.

The selected RN will be an energetic Operating Room Registered Nurse who wants to be a part of a growing operating room team focused on providing excellent clinical outcomes through caring service to our patients and their families.

Typical shift - 0630-1500 or 0630-1700. This position requires 6-8 call shifts per 4-week period in addition to a Friday-Sunday call shift with a call radius of 45 minutes, and there are no call rooms available.

REQUIREMENTS:
-BSN preferred.
-Commitment to obtaining within three years of the date of hire can be considered with relevant experience.
-Current RN licensure required
-Must have Cardiac Operating Room Registered Nurse Experience. Team members will be required to scrub and circulate on call and during shift.
-CNOR certification a plus.

The successful candidate may be eligible for a $50,000 sign-on bonus to be paid over a period of 24 months.
