Job Description:

ChristianaCare is hiring a full-time Registered Dietitian at Wilmington Hospital.As a Registered Dietitian, you would maintain/improve the nutritional status of patients by assessing nutritional risk, evaluating nutritional requirements, developing care plans, providing nutrition education, and evaluating patient nutritional outcomes.This position covers various floors including med/surg, ICU, stepdown, and more.Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in food and nutrition required. Master's degree in food and nutrition preferred.
  • Experience as a clinical dietitian in an acute care facility preferred.
  • Knowledge of supplemental nutritional products.Special Requirements:
    • Registration status as a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. ASPEN Certification as a Nutrition Support Dietitian within three years of hire (one time). -
