responsibilities: Ensures the delivery of safe, high quality,
patient centric care while continually evaluating care deliver
against ChristianaCare’s strategic aims. Review and evaluate
patient experience, report on existing state and build
/implement/run a robust sustainable plan to improve outcomes. Build
and maintain through collaborative interdisciplinary relationships,
drive efficiencies for optimum delivery of care to the community.
Provide leadership, mentorship, direction, motivation and career
development of the nursing leadership team to ensure their
professional/career growth. Actively participate in the development
and modification of campus and system-wide patient care programs
and procedures that describe how the nursing care needs of the
patient populations are assessed, evaluated and met. Education and
experience requirements: Graduate of an accredited school of
nursing, BSN required. Master's degree required, MSN preferred.
Experience working and leading in a busy acute care
medical/surgical areas. Professional nursing certification
preferred, certification in advanced executive nursing leadership
required. Minimum of 5 years progressive management experience
required. Experience delivering results with a variety of
stakeholders driving outcomes through influence and collaboration.
Eligible for a State of Delaware RN License. ChristianaCare is one

Range $152,027.20 - $243,235.20 This pay rate/range represents
ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation
at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered
to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors
including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and
qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
