Nurse Manager – Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Full Time Newark,
DE We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Manager to lead
our Level III NICU team. This role is responsible for the overall
management of nursing operations, ensuring high-quality patient
care, staff development, and regulatory compliance. ChristianaCare

transport services. Key Responsibilities: Provide leadership and
direction to NICU nursing staff, ensuring excellence in patient
care. Oversee daily operations, staffing, budgeting, and resource
allocation. Collaborate with neonatologists, pediatric specialists,
and other healthcare professionals. Ensure compliance with hospital
policies, state and federal regulations, and accreditation
standards. Foster a culture of safety, quality improvement, and
professional development. Participate in strategic planning and
performance improvement initiatives. Education & Requirements:
Current nursing licensure in the State of Delaware or compact state
required Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
Completed BSN and Master’s degree or alternatively, a Bachelor’s
degree and Masters of Science in Nursing required. 5 years
appropriate clinical and leadership experience with a NICU setting
required. Professional certification in a related nursing specialty
required. Nurse Executive certification strongly preferred. BLS

of health care. Annual Compensation Range $121,180.80 - $193,897.60
This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and
reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The
actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate
will depend on individual factors including without limitation
skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to
