Registered Nurse (RN) - Women's & Children's Float Pool Full Time – 72 hours/pay – 12 hour shifts Day/Midnight with flexible scheduling Holiday & Weekend commitment Newark, DE ChristianaCare is currently seeking a compassionate and adaptable Registered Nurse to join our Women’s & Children’s Float Pool . This unique opportunity requires flexibility and a commitment to excellence, as the RN will rotate through four specialized areas: Labor & Delivery Postpartum Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (Level III NICU) Inpatient Pediatrics Our Women’s & Children’s services support over 6,500 births annually , and include a Level III NICU and a dedicated Pediatric Care Center . As a Float Pool RN, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across multiple units, ensuring safe and optimal outcomes for patients and families. Hourly Pay Range: $41.28 - $66.05 This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting.
