Job Description Registered Nurse (RN) - Labor & Delivery Full Time - 12-hour Shifts Night shift (Hours: 7PM - 7AM) Weekend & Holiday commitment On-Call rotation Newark, DE ChristianaCare is seeking a RN for our Labor & Delivery departments at our Women's & Children's Building on our Newark Campus. You will have the opportunity to train in the following areas for this position: Labor & Delivery, High Risk OB, OB Peri-Op, and Antenatal. Also, once established in L&D you would have the opportunity to train in our OBGYN Emergency. We support over 6,500 births annually and we aim to serve our community as partners in their care with love and excellence. As an RN at ChristianaCare, you will practice with a standard of nursing excellence by providing optimal outcomes for safe delivery of care for our Labor and Delivery patients and families. Education and Experience Requirements: - BSN required or commitment to obtaining BSN within three years of date of hire - One year of Acute Care experience required - Experience in women's & children's services preferred - Two years of Acute Care experience strongly preferred - Preferred experience in Emergency, PACU or Stepdown settings - Delaware RN licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state of Delaware - BLS required. Hourly Pay Range: $41.28 - $66.05 This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting.
