Our ideal candidate is a self-starter who is motivated, and engaged. Occupational Therapist (OT) Home Health. Part-Time, PRN Job Details Description You will be responsible for the evaluation and treatment of patients. Overall treatment of patients will include hands-on and documented evaluation, development of the Plan of Care, and Ongoing treatment with patients through all aspects of Occupational therapy. Position requires ensuring every patient receives a unique experience through a comprehensive, thorough, and customized occupational therapy regimen with an emphasis on quality and individualized care provided in a friendly environment. Requirements of an Occupational Therapist (OT): Appropriate license to practice in the State of Delaware At least 1 year (preferred) working as an OT within a Hospital, Home Health Care, or Nursing home setting. Ability to document information in the EMR CPR certified Negative TB test result Pass a background check Provide two (2) professional references Able to travel to cases as assigned Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Competency in computer skills.
