Job Description:
Encompass Health is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to
join our dynamic team of healthcare professionals. In this role,
you will be instrumental in assisting patients to regain their
health and mobility following significant injuries or illnesses.
Leveraging Encompass Health’s state-of-the-art facilities and a
patient-centered approach, you will develop and administer therapy
programs tailored to individual patient needs. This rewarding

delivering the highest quality care to help patients achieve
optimal outcomes. Assess patient needs and develop comprehensive
rehabilitation programs. Implement treatment plans focusing on
achieving patient-specific goals. Collaborate with healthcare
professionals to determine patient care. Educate patients and their
families on treatment plans and ongoing progress. Document patient
progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. Ensure adherence to
all clinical and professional standards. Expertise in developing
tailored rehabilitation programs. Strong interpersonal and
communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a
team-oriented environment. Proficient in the use of physical
therapy equipment and techniques. Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid Physical Therapy license in
the state of practice. CPR certified.
