In this role, you will be pivotal in implementing patient-specific treatment plans, assisting in recovery processes, and promoting a culture of health and well-being. As an integral member of our team, you will work in a dynamic, supportive environment focused on patient-centered care and optimal outcomes. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor patient recovery and adapt treatment plans as necessary. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care. Educate patients and their families on managing illness or injuries at home. Document patient care services by charting in patient and department records. Ensure compliance with hospital and regulatory policies. Strong clinical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in clinical EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems Ability to manage multiple cases effectively Empathy and resilience in handling patient needs Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Must be a licensed Registered Nurse with a valid state license; BLS certification required; specialty certifications such as ACLS preferred
