ill patients. Monitor patient status and respond to clinical

complete all training aspects of the residency program. Implement
evidence-based practices under supervision to improve patient
outcomes. Engage in reflective practice and ongoing professional
development. Strong clinical skills in patient assessment and
critical care. Ability to operate critical care specialized
equipment. Excellent communication and teamwork skills High levels

Current registered nurse (RN) license in the state of Delaware or
eligible for licensure.
