ChristianaCare is seeking a dedicated and professional 5C
Medical Teaching Unit Coordinator to join our esteemed non-profit
health system focused on primary to advanced care across Delaware.
This vital role involves supervising the operation of our 5C
Medical Teaching Unit, ensuring high-quality educational
experiences are delivered to both medical students and residents,
along with exceptional patient care in accordance with our
commitment to healthcare excellence. Oversee the daily operations
of the 5C Medical Teaching Unit. Supervise clinical teaching,
ensuring compliance with curriculum requirements. Coordinate with
healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care and
adherence to safety standards. Develop and implement training
programs for residents and medical students. Evaluate the
effectiveness of medical education programs and make necessary
adjustments. Manage staffing requirements and scheduling.
Collaborate with healthcare providers to enhance both educational
and clinical practices. Strong leadership capabilities Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to manage
educational healthcare programs In-depth knowledge of healthcare
laws, regulations, and standards High proficiency in clinical
operations and patient care management Medical Insurance Dental
