Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and health maintenance. Maintain accurate patient records and monitor patient vitals, adapting care plans as necessary. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and monitor reactions. Advocate for patients' health and wellbeing within the healthcare system. Adaptability to various clinical settings and patient needs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong clinical skills with a commitment to up-to-date nursing best practices. Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly and effectively.
