Provide high-quality patient care under the supervision of nursing
staff Work with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to administer
and organize patient care coordination Engage in continuous
education, training sessions, and hands-on assessments to enhance
nursing knowledge and competencies Participate actively in
discussions and treatments plan modifications as per the patient’s
progress Adhere to all healthcare regulation guidelines and
ChristianaCare’s internal policies Strong clinical skills in a
healthcare setting Ability to communicate effectively with
patients, families, and medical teams High attention to detail and
the ability to adapt to dynamic environments Proficiency in
electronic medical record systems Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Registered Nurse (RN) license in
the state of Delaware or eligible for licensure BLS Certification
from the American Heart Association required prior to hire
