Assist nursing staff in providing direct patient care under supervision. Participate in patient assessments and contribute to the patient care plan. Monitor patient health status and report significant changes to the supervising nurse. Assist with the daily management of the ward, including preparing and maintaining patient rooms. Participate in educational workshops and training to enhance nursing knowledge and skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Basic understanding of patient care and safety regulations Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment Demonstrates compassionate patient care Medical Insurance Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required.
