Collaborate with healthcare professionals and department heads to design and refine processes. Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to educate staff on new processes and improvement methodologies. Monitor project progress, making adjustments as needed to ensure success and compliance with industry standards. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management highlighting project outcomes and future opportunities.
