Job Description:
ChristianaCare, a leading non-profit health system in Delaware,
seeks a Sr. Performance Improvement Program Manager to join our
Healthcare & Medical Services department. This role is critical in
driving organizational change initiatives to enhance care delivery
and patient outcomes. The ideal candidate will possess expert
knowledge in healthcare performance improvement methodologies and
have a proven track record of managing complex projects that yield

performance improvement projects across various clinical and
administrative areas. Utilize data analytics to identify areas for
improvement and measure the success of implemented strategies.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals and department heads to
design and refine processes. Conduct regular training sessions and
workshops to educate staff on new processes and improvement
methodologies. Monitor project progress, making adjustments as
needed to ensure success and compliance with industry standards.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management
highlighting project outcomes and future opportunities. Expert
knowledge of performance improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six
Sigma) Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis
software Excellent leadership and project management skills Strong
communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple
projects simultaneously with high attention to detail Medical
