Job Description Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled
and compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join
our team. The ideal candidate is clinically confident,
detail-oriented, and thrives in a specialty setting while working
closely with physicians and clinical staff. The ideal candidate
will possess extensive clinical experience, demonstrate proficiency
with advanced EMR/EHR systems such as Epic, Cerner, and
eClinicalWorks, and have expertise in diverse medical disciplines
such as critical care, geriatrics, pediatrics, emergency medicine,
and outpatient services. A strong background in medical
documentation, diagnostic evaluation, medication administration,
and patient assessment is essential. This position emphasizes
delivering high-quality care while adhering to HIPAA standards and
utilizing advanced medical technology. Responsibilities: Perform
physical examinations and screenings of patients, appropriately
diagnose musculoskeletal injuries and muscle sprains, and help
create a treatment management plan to include therapy, medication,
and interventional options Manage acute and chronic conditions with
expertise in pain management, infectious disease care, behavioral
health, and post-acute care. Order and interpret diagnostic tests
Provide patient education and counseling Conduct post-op and
follow-up visits in clinic Maintain accurate, timely documentation.
Utilize EMR/EHR systems like Epic, Cerner, Athenahealth, and
eClinicalWorks. Participate in quality improvement and patient
safety initiatives Qualifications: Current Nurse Practitioner or
Physician Assistant license in Delaware National NP certification
(ANCC, AANP) or current NCCPA certification DEA Certification
Excellent clinical judgment and communication skills Ability to
work independently and as part of a team Strong knowledge of HIPAA
and OSHA regulations Proficiency with EMR systems Must meet
requirement to be eligible for CMS credentialing Employment
contingent upon completion of pre-employment screening as required
by the State of Delaware. Experience: 3 year minimum as Nurse
