Job Description A health system in Delaware is adding Urgent Care physicians to grow their existing team. Providers may be BC/BE in FM or EM with recent experience working in urgent care or the emergency medicine department. We are adding for (3) sites in Newark. Opportunity - 3.5 day work week (Average 38 hours/week) - 2 hours of "buffer time" for charting - Base Salary plus Quarterly Bonus (Up to 10% of Base) - Daily Volume Bonus (Up to $300/day) - Medical, Dental, Life, and more… Support - Xray in every Center with digital PACS - ECW Charting - Scribes work alongside providers as volume increases - Highly functional MA's and Rad Tecs are trained and double as MA's Newark, DE – Home to the University of Delaware the city of Newark retains its college town charm while also incorporating industrial and commercial diversity.
