ChristianaCare is seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Supervisor to lead our pharmacy team at the Helen F. Graham Cancer Center. As a leader within our non-profit health system, the Pharmacy Supervisor will play a crucial role in supporting our mission to improve health outcomes across Delaware. Oversee daily operations of the pharmacy department. Ensure medication management complies with all applicable regulations. Supervise pharmacy staff and promote ongoing professional development. Collaborate with healthcare teams to improve patient outcomes. Manage drug inventory, procurement, and disposal. Lead quality assurance and safety initiatives in the pharmacy. Implement policy and procedure improvements. Strong leadership and organizational skills Extensive knowledge of pharmaceutical and medical terminology Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid and unrestricted state pharmacist license. Certification in pharmacy administration or management preferred.
