Administer medications and treatments to patients as prescribed. Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions as appropriate, using computerized documentation systems. Interpret patient information and make critical decisions about needed actions. Coordinate care, in collaboration with a wide array of healthcare professionals. Provide emotional support to patients and their families. Educate patients about health maintenance and disease prevention Participate in professional development and research activities. Strong clinical skills in a healthcare environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in using healthcare information systems Ability to work effectively in a team Capacity to manage time effectively Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Current Registered Nurse license in the state of Delaware or eligible for licensure BLS/CPR certification required ACLS certification preferred
