REQUIREMENTS: BSN required or dedication to acquiring within three years of the date of hire Current RN licensure required Must have Operating Room Registered Nurse Experience. At least 2 years of Operating Room Experience is required. CNOR certification a plus. The successful candidate may be eligible for a $10,000 sign-on bonus to be paid over a period of 12 months Hourly Pay Range: $41.28 - $66.05 This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
