Job Description:
ChristianaCare seeks a dedicated and compassionate Registered
Nurse (RN) specializing in Endoscopy to join our team. With a

care excellence. As an RN in our Endoscopy unit, you will work
closely with a team of skilled healthcare professionals to carry
out advanced endoscopic procedures and enhance patient outcomes.
Perform pre-operative assessments and patient evaluations. Assist
in endoscopic procedures along with gastroenterologists. Ensure all
equipment is prepared and functioning prior to procedures. Provide
post-operative care and detailed instructions for outpatient
recovery. Coordinate with healthcare team to optimize patient care
plans. Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to safety
standards. Sharp clinical skills in endoscopic techniques and
patient management. Proficient in the use of medical software for
documenting patient care. Strong communication and interpersonal
skills. Ability to work effectively in high-stress environments.
Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Current RN
license in the state of Delaware or compact state. Certified
Gastroenterology Nurse (CGRN) preferred.
