Delaware Tire is seeking anexperienced, enthusiastic Store Manager for our Newark, Delaware location. This position will report directly to the President of Delaware Tire , Inc. The qualified candidate must have prior management experience and a proven track record in running day to day operations. With additional locations in Dover, De and Salisbury, Md, Delaware Tire strives to provide an excellent and superiorcustomer service. The store manager is key in maintaining and achieving this goal.Qualifications:We are looking for:Outstanding leadership and store management skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced work environmentHighly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to mentor others in a manner that ensures efficiencyExcellent verbal and written communicationKnowledge of computer operation for the production of reports, controls, scheduling, communication with management, customers and suppliers. Also, knowledge of software normally utilized in similar businesses.Ability to develop professional relationships with customers and team membersProven track record of exceeding business objectivesAbility to work efficiently both individually and as part of a teamSolid knowledge of basic OSHA laws and MSDS Compliance (safety, environmental control, material datasheets relative to fluids utilized in our stores, etc.).
