As a Residential Executive Chef at Aramark, you will helm the culinary operations, bringing innovation, expertise, and flair to every dish served, ensuring client satisfaction and compliance with all safety and sanitation standards. Oversee the culinary operations of residential dining services, ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance with all health and safety regulations. Develop and test recipes, design menu offerings that reflect both culinary trends and the preferences of a diverse community. Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and overseeing chefs and other kitchen personnel to ensure a high standard of culinary excellence. Collaborate with nutritionists and dietitians to create balanced, healthful meals that align with dietary restrictions and preferences. Conduct regular inventory audits and maintain budget compliance without compromising on the quality of ingredients. Enhance and maintain high client satisfaction through regular feedback and continuous improvement in service and menu offerings. Ensure the highest levels of cleanliness and sanitation in all food preparation and storage areas.
