Job Description:

The Director of Incentive Compensation primary focus will be designing and administering established short- and long-term incentive plans, policies, and procedures.

In this newly created position, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of incentive compensation programs throughout the organization to ensure legal and regulatory compliance, and ensure plans are designed in a manner that does not incentivize unnecessary risk, and effectiveness in linking pay to measurable performance outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and administration of various business incentive programs that enables the organization to meet business objectives and goals
Work closely with Compensation leadership team, and in collaboration with HR and business partners, to implement incentive strategies that is internally and externally market relevant.
Utilizes experience/understanding in responding to compensation & benefits trends and market data points, while tying them to corporate objectives and ensuring legal compliance
Manages annual plan renewals, ad-hoc plan modifications, participant attestations, and incentive plan configurations programs.
Leads and supports the administration of the long-term incentive program including overseeing the granting and vesting of equity awards (RSUs, PSUs, Options).
Assesses effectiveness of current incentive programs in motivating and retaining employees and driving Performance
Ensures that all programs are in compliance with applicable regulations and standards including interagency guidance on incentive plans
Establishes and oversees the simulation testing of incentives
Maintains incentive plan governance documentation
Reviews and approves incentive payments for payroll processing
Liaises with 3rd party equity and 401k vendor(s) and operational areas when conducting reviews of new incentive plans or modifications to existing plans
Assists with completion of annual proxy statement

Professional Experience/Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
6+ years of combined experience in compensation, equity, and/or incentive plan administration
Detail oriented, strong mathematical skills, plus demonstrate an analytical mindset
Ability to perform complex tasks typically following established processes
Ability to influence through strong oral and written communication skills and statistical knowledge
Working knowledge of HCM Software Workday will be beneficial.
