Job Description:
Position Summary The HR Operations Service Professional is
responsible for supporting the Retirement Services Team.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to, acknowledging,
processing and updating all inbound documentation as it relates to
Pension, Retirement and Benefits case work. Handling the
distribution of various Fulfillment items and products and updating
employee/former employee HCM and PeopleSoft records as needed.
Essential Functions
- Process pension distribution forms received daily
- Validating accuracy of documentation received from
employees/former employees
- Processing Retirement Services Cases in Answer Key as
needed
- Managing workflow to assure cases and fulfillment distributions
are completed within the required SLA
- Support data gathering and research on moderate to complex
cases
- Process data changes in HRIS (HCM and PeopleSoft)
- Validate data changes
- Handling escalations as needed
- Special projects as assigned Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills (the position requires outbound
calls with participants)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently to meet established SLA's in a
fast-paced environment
- Must be able to effectively manage through peak volume
periods
- Strong verbal and written communications skills, with proven
ability to work with all levels of personnel
- Requires attention to detail and the ability to follow through
and resolve outstanding issues
- Proficient with Microsoft products; including Word and
Excel
- Must be able to maintain a high degree of confidentially
- Demonstrate initiative, be a self-starter, fast learner, and
